If you order before 3 PM on weekdays, we will ship the same day, provided the item is in stock. Normal delivery time is 1-5 business days, but during high order volumes or for certain products, delivery may take longer. For exchanges or purchases of a new item in connection with a return, we cover the return shipping cost.
