MYC HiFi follows GDPR for customer security with a comprehensive approach to all personal data in our webshop. Customer personal data is deleted from our webshop within 2-5 years depending on the product. (This is due to warranty so we can track the order). MYC HiFi gives you complete control over your own data, so you can log in and change your membership profile at any time of the day. If you only have a membership in the webshop and have not been active in the webshop, all customer data will be deleted after 12 months.
