Deliveries
The normal delivery time is 1 business day, but during high order volume or when ordering certain products, delivery may take longer. If any of the items you ordered are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to refuse delivery due to our or the supplier's stock situation, or if for any reason we do not approve the order. If you as a customer believe that delivery is delayed so long that you wish to cancel the product in question, it is your responsibility to cancel the order before delivery. When an order is to be canceled, this is done by contacting us. Confirmation of your cancellation will be sent to your email.
Visible damages upon receipt must be reported directly to the shipping company. Other damages should be reported to the shipping company within a "reasonable time" (1 week) from receipt (Do not wait longer than necessary).
Change order
You can change your order without any extra cost until your order is shipped from us; please note, this does not apply if the item is a special order. You can cancel an order free of charge until the order is shipped from us; this does not apply if the order is a special order.
Customer details
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address provided at the time of order is correct. For customers under 18 years, guardian approval is required. Orders in another person's name without their consent will be reported to the police.
Personal data
By registering/ordering, you agree that we store and use your information in our operations to offer you the best service. You have full control over your information when you log in to your account.
Prices
Prices on the MYC HiFi webshop are updated regularly. Prices are stated including VAT; shipping is automatically added at checkout. The price valid at the time of order also applies at invoicing, regardless of whether prices change after the order is placed. The valid price is the one shown on the product pages. For other agreements such as a quote, a discount code is provided to be used at the time of purchase.

NOTE! The price for discounted items on the campaign page applies only to stocked items and we cannot promise that you will keep the price on new orders.

We reserve the right for errors in information and specifications on all products on our website, including product images.
Uncollected packages
For uncollected packages, you will be charged the shipping cost according to the regular price for shipping to you and return shipping, but at least 390 SEK. This amount covers the actual expenses for return transport, administrative costs, and handling. Payment must be made within 30 days. If possible, we will deduct this cost when refunding your purchase.
If you change your mind after the package has been sent from us, it is necessary that you receive it at your agent and then return it to us as a regular return. A package that is not received is automatically registered as uncollected and invoiced accordingly. Visiting the agent and simply requesting that they send it back counts as not collecting it. An exception applies if the package has been damaged during transport. In such cases, you should let the package remain with the agent / not accept it, and instead contact us. The reason is that the right to claim against the transport company is lost if you accept or collect the package.
If you have chosen delivery on a pallet, you must accept it within 6 days from when the agent attempts to deliver to you. If this deadline is exceeded, you will be charged for the storage fee that the agent charges for storing your pallet. If the shipment is not received at all, the cost of return shipping will also be added in addition to the storage fee.
What should I do if I suspect transport damage?
As the recipient, it is your responsibility to inspect the product and its condition upon arrival to ensure that no damage has occurred during transport. If you suspect transport damage, the package MUST NOT be accepted, but instead refused and reported directly to the chosen transport company on site. Then contact MYC HiFi customer service, who will handle the matter further.
Right of withdrawal / Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days after delivery.
As a private individual, you have the right under the Distance Contracts Act to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receipt. To request the right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act, contact us by visiting our returns section which you can find at the bottom of this webpage, under the customer service section.
According to law, you must pay the return shipping yourself according to the Distance Contracts Act § 18 and at your own responsibility (packaging, packaging material).
At MYC HiFi, we offer free return shipping when purchasing a new item in connection with a return. But please note, there are exceptions when free return shipping does not apply, such as large and heavy items and expensive shipping relative to the item's value. This is decided on a case-by-case basis.
When returning a product where the order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be charged to the customer upon return. So the total cost for a return is the actual shipping cost to the customer plus the cost of return shipping.
Quote from the Swedish Consumer Agency Distance Contracts Act SFS 2005:59: "If you have purchased an item, you are obliged to keep the item in as good condition as when you received it. You have the right to make such interventions in the item as are necessary to examine it. Naturally, you should be careful and not make a more extensive examination than necessary. If the item is damaged or lost due to your negligence, you lose the right of withdrawal." The item must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging. Otherwise, we will charge the customer for costs that MYC HiFi incurs to restore the product.
In case of withdrawal with payment method Invoice etc., the full invoice or installment amount must be paid, after which MYC HiFi activates a return.
Warranties and claims
We provide at least a 2-year warranty on all products; some products have up to a 5-year warranty. With this, you avoid expensive insurance and can feel secure as a customer. If problems occur during the warranty period, contact us and we will resolve it quickly and smoothly.
NOTE!
A 2-year warranty does not apply to headphones, demo/service units, or consumables; in these cases, the manufacturer's warranty applies. For demo and service units, the warranty period is stated on the product page.
Lamp warranty
If the lamp in your projector breaks within the first 12 months, or the first 1000 hours (whichever comes first), you will receive a new lamp free of charge. If the manufacturer offers a more generous warranty, that applies.
The warranty covers original defects that occur during normal use and care according to the manufacturer's manual.
In case of a defect covered by the warranty, MYC HiFi has the legal right to repair the item for the same defect up to three times and thereafter offer the customer a new item with equivalent performance, a price reduction, or cancellation of the purchase. If the buyer has benefited from the item, the seller has the right to make a deduction for this.
We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you have problems with a product, contact us directly.
The receipt for the paid item serves as the warranty certificate. Therefore, always keep the receipt during the warranty period!
Service
For warranty service on your goods, contact an authorized workshop. You can find these by visiting the manufacturer's website and looking for service/warranty/workshops. If you feel uncertain and need help, do not hesitate to contact us.
Have the product's model information and serial number available along with the purchase receipt and a brief description of the fault when contacting us or service centers. Before reporting/claiming your broken product, please carefully check that all settings are correct. Read the user manual carefully. This is to avoid faultless products being sent in for service.
If the product is to be transported, use the original packaging if possible. Transport companies do not compensate for damages if the product has been poorly packaged. A description of the fault must be attached along with the purchase document.
MYC HiFi offers the right of complaint according to the Consumer Purchase Act
According to the Consumer Purchase Act, the customer has the right to complain about a product within 3 years, provided that the buyer can prove that there is a defect in the product and that it is not due to wear or similar. What is considered a defect in a product is defined by the manufacturer or its service partner. If a product is complained about and no defects are found by the service workshop, you as a customer must pay the entire inspection fee charged by the workshop (approximately 600-800 SEK).
Always save the invoice/receipt as it must be shown for the warranty to apply. In case of problems, contact us first via email or phone, and we will help you.
In case of dispute
We follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes in any dispute.
Privacy Policy GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
MYC HiFi follows GDPR for customer security with a comprehensive approach to all personal data in our webshop. Customer personal data is deleted from our webshop within 2-5 years depending on the product. (This is due to warranty so we can track the order). MYC HiFi gives you full control over your own data, so you can log in and change your membership profile at any time of day. If you only have membership on the webshop and have not been active on the webshop, all customer data is deleted after 12 months.
Newsletter and promotional mailings: Your personal data will exclusively be used to send you information that can be directly linked to MYC HiFi. To unsubscribe from the newsletter, you can email us and we will assist you, or you can unsubscribe via a link in the newsletter.
