Deliveries
Normal delivery time is 1-5 working days, but during high order volumes or when ordering certain products, delivery may take longer. If any of the items you ordered are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to refuse delivery due to our or the supplier's stock situation, or if we do not approve the order for any reason. If you as a customer believe that the delivery is taking so long that you wish to cancel the product in question, it is your responsibility to cancel the order before delivery. When an order needs to be canceled, this is done by contacting us. Confirmation of your cancellation will be sent to your email.
Visible damages upon receipt should be reported directly to the shipping company. Other damages should be reported to the shipping company within a "reasonable time" (2 weeks) from receipt (Do not wait longer than necessary).
Change order
You can change your order without any extra cost until it is dispatched from us; please note, this does not apply if the item is a special order. You can cancel an order free of charge until the order is delivered from us, this does not apply if the order is a special order.
Customer information
"It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address provided at the time of ordering is correct. For customers under 18 years of age, parental consent is required. Orders placed in another person's name without their consent will be reported to the police."

In connection with your registration/order, you agree that we store and use your information in our operations to provide you with the best service. You have full control over your information when you log into your account.
Prices
The prices on the MYC HiFi webshop are updated on a regular basis. The prices are stated including VAT, shipping is automatically added at checkout. The price applicable at the time of ordering also applies at the time of invoicing, regardless of whether prices change after the order has been placed. The price that applies is the one stated on the product pages. In case of another agreement, such as with a quote, a discount code is provided to be used at the time of purchase.

NOTE! The price for discounted items during the campaign page applies only to stocked items, and we cannot guarantee that you will retain the price for new orders.

Unredeemed packages
For unclaimed packages, you will be charged for the shipping cost according to the regular price for shipping to you and return shipping.
Right of withdrawal / Returns
"We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery."
As a private individual, you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of receipt according to the Distance Contracts Act. To request the right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act, please contact us by visiting our returns department, which you can find at the bottom of this webpage, under the customer service section.
You are required by law to cover the return shipping costs yourself according to the Distance Contracts Act § 18 and at your own risk (packaging, packaging materials).
At MYC HiFi, we offer free return shipping when purchasing a new item in connection with a return. However, please note that there are exceptions when free return shipping does not apply, such as large and heavy items as well as expensive shipping in relation to the value of the item. This is determined on a case-by-case basis.
In the case of a return of an item where the order qualified for free shipping, the applicable shipping cost will be charged to the customer upon return. Therefore, the total cost for a return is the actual shipping cost to the customer and the cost of the return shipping.
Quote from the Consumer Agency Distance Contracts Act SFS 2005:59: "If you have purchased a product, you are obliged to keep the product in as good condition as when you received it. You have the right to make such interventions in the product as are necessary to examine it. Of course, you should be careful and not conduct a more extensive examination than necessary. If the product is damaged or lost due to your negligence, you lose the right of withdrawal." The product must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging. Otherwise, we will charge the customer for costs that MYC HiFi incurs to restore the product.
In the case of a remorse purchase with the payment method Invoice, etc., the entire invoice or installment amount must be paid, after which MYC HiFi will activate a return.
Warranties and Complaints
"We provide at least a 2-year warranty on all products, with some products having up to a 5-year warranty. With this, you can avoid expensive insurance and feel secure as a customer. If you encounter any issues during the warranty period, contact us and we will resolve it quickly and smoothly."
OBS!
A 2-year warranty does not apply to headphones, demo/service samples, or consumables; in these cases, the manufacturer's warranty applies. The warranty period for demo and service samples is stated on the product page.
Lampguarantee
If the lamp in your projector breaks within the first 12 months, or the first 1000 hours (whichever comes first), you will receive a new lamp at no cost. If the manufacturer has a more generous warranty, that will apply.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use and maintenance according to the manufacturer's manual.
In the event of a defect in the product covered by the warranty, MYC HiFi is entitled by law to repair the product for the same defect up to three times and thereafter offer the customer a new product with corresponding performance, a price reduction, or cancellation of the purchase. If the buyer has benefited from the product, the seller is entitled to make a deduction for this.
We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you encounter any issues with a product, contact us directly.
The receipt for purchased goods serves as a warranty document. Therefore, always keep the receipt during the warranty period!
Service
For warranty service on your products, contact an authorized workshop. You can find these by visiting the manufacturer's website and looking for service/warranty/workshops. If you feel uncertain and need assistance, do not hesitate to contact us.
"Have the product model information and serial number available along with the purchase receipt and a brief description of the fault when you contact us or the service workshops. Before reporting/claiming your broken product, please carefully check that all settings are correct. Read the user manual carefully. This is to avoid having faultless products sent in for service."
"If the product is to be transported, please use the original packaging if possible. The transport companies do not compensate for damages if the product has been poorly packaged. A description of the error should be attached along with the purchase document."
MYC HiFi offers a right of complaint according to the Consumer Purchase Act.
According to the Consumer Purchase Act, the customer has the right to complain about a product within 3 years, provided that the buyer can demonstrate that there is a defect in the product and that it is not due to wear and tear or similar. What is considered a defect in a product is defined by the manufacturer or its service partner. If a product is complained about and no defects are found by the service workshop, you as a customer will have to pay the full inspection fee charged by the workshop (approximately 600-800 kronor).
Always save the invoice/receipt as it must be presented for the warranty to be valid. In case of problems, contact us first via email or phone, and we will assist you.
In case of dispute

Privacy Policy GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
MYC HiFi follows GDPR for customer security with a comprehensive approach to all personal data in our webshop. Customer personal data is deleted from our webshop within 2-5 years depending on the product. (This is due to warranty so we can track the order). MYC HiFi gives you complete control over your own data, so you can log in and change your membership profile at any time of the day. If you only have a membership in the webshop and have not been active in the webshop, all customer data will be deleted after 12 months.
Newsletters and promotional mailings: Your personal information will solely be used to send you information that can be directly linked to MYC HiFi. To unsubscribe from the newsletter, you can email us and we will assist you, or you can also unsubscribe via the link in the newsletter.
