Sony BRAVIA Projector 7 (VPL-XW5100) is a laser-based home cinema projector with a true 4K SXRD panel and Sony's XR Processor for Projectors. With 2,200 ANSI lumens, dynamic tone mapping, and two HDMI 2.1 inputs supporting 4K@120Hz, it is ready for both movie nights and demanding home cinema gaming.
The XR processor works in real time with light, color, and contrast to deliver an image that feels natural and deep. XR Dynamic Tone Mapping adjusts tone mapping scene by scene for accurate HDR, XR Deep Black ensures deep blacks in dark areas, and XR Triluminos Pro covers 95% of the DCI-P3 color space. The laser light source lasts for up to 20,000 hours.
With Aspect Ratio Scaling, you can digitally switch between 16:9 and Cinemascope (2.35:1) without touching the lens, while five lens memories, 1.6x zoom, and lens shift (vertical ±71%, horizontal ±25%) enable flexible installation. For gaming, the projector delivers 4K@120Hz with just 12 ms of input lag via HDMI 2.1.
