What differences do these feet provide in practice? Can you really hear any improvement?
With Med Sonic Design damping feet, a significant reduction in the box's movements is achieved. It is clearly noticeable if you hold a finger loosely against the top of a speaker box's front that it vibrates much less when playing.
The result is that the sound is released better from the speakers, it creates a larger soundstage, and the system has a cleaner tone with noticeably lower distortion. 
Another effect is that the reduced vibrations in the floor also decrease disturbances to the neighbors in the house.
