NuPrime SiGa Power75 - PSU for 12V & 5V
NuPrime SiGa Power75 is an AC-to-DC adapter that supplies audio systems and low-noise electronics with clean and stable 12V and 5V DC power, respectively. It uses a hybrid design with silicon carbide (SiC) and gallium nitride (GaN), third-generation semiconductors that enable faster switching, lower losses, and 93% efficiency.
The built-in Common-Mode Active Noise Cancellation (CM-ANC) actively filters out EMI/RFI interference across a wide frequency range. The resulting power is therefore significantly cleaner than that from a conventional power adapter and even surpasses many linear power supplies.
The front panel features a display showing voltage, current, and power in real time, along with separate controls for the dimmer and ANC.
The rear panel houses four 12V/5A outputs (DC 5.5×2.5mm) and two 5V/3A outputs (USB-A), with a total power budget of 75W. The GaN transistors handle transients at the nanosecond level, while the silicon carbide diodes have virtually zero reverse-recovery charge, minimizing switching artifacts. Built-in bronze shielding protects the GaN module from RF interference and mechanical resonance.
