Marantz AV 20 is a reference-class 13.4-channel home theater preamp, built at Shirakawa Audio Works in Japan and fine-tuned by the Marantz Sound Master. It combines the iconic discrete HDAM circuits with the latest technology for a listening experience that feels just as immersive as at the cinema.
Seven HDMI 2.1 inputs support 8K/60Hz and 4K/120Hz, with full support for Dolby Atmos, DTS:X Pro, Auro-3D, IMAX Enhanced, and 360 Reality Audio. Processing provides 15.4 outputs with both balanced XLR and RCA, plus four independent subwoofer outputs.
Room optimization is flexible: Audyssey MultEQ XT32 is included with a microphone, and if you want to go further, Dirac Live and Dirac Live ART are available as licensed options. Built-in HEOS enables streaming from TIDAL, Spotify, Deezer, and Amazon Music HD, plus Bluetooth and Roon Ready.
