Q: How do I update the device firmware?
A: The GO2 RS232 uses the OTA method (Over The Air). Use the latest version of the iOS or Android app to update the firmware when an update is needed.

If you order before 3 PM on weekdays, we will ship the same day, provided the item is in stock. Normal delivery time is 1-5 business days, but during high order volumes or for certain products, delivery may take longer. If any of the items you ordered are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.
