If you order before 3 PM on weekdays, we will ship the same day, provided the item is in stock. Normal delivery time is 1-5 business days, but during high order volumes or for certain products, delivery may take longer. If any of the items you ordered are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. For exchanges or purchases of a new item in connection with a return, we cover the return shipping cost. Please note, however, that there are exceptions where free return shipping does not apply, such as large and heavy items or expensive shipping relative to the item’s value.
