Automatic calibration process improves the clarity and detail of your stereo speakers. Connect one or two subwoofers for extended bass with seamless integration and without acoustic issues.
The interaction between speakers and room is the most important performance-limiting factor for all advanced sound systems. Every listening room introduces errors that can be on the order of a dozen decibels or more. These errors are most pronounced in the bass and lower midrange, where classical acoustic treatment is limited.

The idea behind the industry-leading automated Anti-Mode room calibration is simple: to get the speakers and subwoofers to work with the room, rather than clash with it. The benefits of Anti-Mode correction include significantly improved clarity, tighter and deeper bass reproduction, no unwanted "boominess," and seamless integration of main speakers and subwoofers.

The installation procedure is automated. Anyone can achieve fantastic results without any prior knowledge. After a short calibration process, Anti-Mode™ knows your listening space in detail and designs custom filters tuned for your unique space. You may be very surprised to hear what your speakers are really capable of!
Anti-Mode X4 covers a wide range of usage scenarios, from the traditional “2.0” configuration with two speakers to more exotic installations with multiple subwoofers and optimizations for multiple listening positions. The best crossover frequency is determined automatically for speakers and subwoofers.

In addition to automatic correction, the user has full control over extensive tone controls and custom filters. The desired sound signature can even be changed in real time, conveniently from the listening position. Different settings can be stored in memory for quick recall at any time. Most functions can be accessed with the included aluminum remote control or using the control wheel on the front panel.
There is a modern, easy-to-use graphical user interface. Room response diagrams can be inspected in detail without the need for personal computers or other extra equipment. A built-in graphic design tool is included for all types of sound enhancements.

Three advanced stereo DACs (digital-to-analog converters) drive the primary, auxiliary, and headphone outputs. Combined with output range control and the selection of the best converters using an IC tester, the XLR outputs reach 126 dB dynamic range and less than 0.0008% total harmonic distortion. Both primary and outputs are active simultaneously for speakers and subwoofer, and are available in both XLR and RCA versions. The signal from the primary output is also provided as optical and coaxial SPDIF.

The headphone output is available for night listening and when you don't want to disturb your household or neighbors. The headphone mode features a proprietary auralization technology that can make many recordings sound more natural and reduce listening fatigue.
Two analog RCA inputs and a pair of XLR inputs provide low SNR+THD at -104 dB. Regardless of which audio source you connect, you can select the input control range to achieve full performance. A total of six SPDIF inputs and the USB Audio 2.0 input support up to 192 kHz and DSD64 / DSD128 (on USB).
The power consumption in standby mode is only 0.5 W, saving both money and the environment.
